Before we begin working on your Web Design, I’ll send you a link to your own personal Google Drive and there you can drop all professional and/or branding assets we might need. This can include things like photos/headshots, resumes, links to clips, testimonials, as well as previously acquired brand assets like logos, color palettes, mood boards, font packs, etc.

Please, email me asap. If our meeting has started and you don’t join within 10 minutes, I will assume you aren’t coming and consider the meeting cancelled with no refund.

We have a 24-hour rescheduling/ cancellation policy.

If you cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled meetup, you will not be entitled to any refund/reimbursement.

Otherwise, you can get a full refund if you notify me with more than 24 hours notice.

Other than our initial meeting and mid-point check in, all of our correspondence will be via email. I have found this is the best way to keep things streamlined and organized.

Sure can! You can hire me on a monthly or quarterly basis to hop in to your website and make sure all your materials are up to date and lookin’ fine af.

Sadly, no. As much as I love my job, the creative process for web building is incredibly laborious largely due to the sheer amount trial and error it takes to get it just right.

Unfortunately not. My builder expertise is exclusive to Squarespace. However, if you just want some advice about web design and trends in general, feel free to Book a Web Consultation!

I have always found website copy comes best from the source- it’s YOUR website and it should be written in YOUR voice. Trust me ;)
